You must book prior to taking part in an experience. We do this in order to be able to control group size as all our experiences are for a maximum of 12 people.

We recommend for you to arrive 15 minutes before the starting time. 

We strongly recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start time. Unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund due to delay or lateness. Make sure you plan your way to the starting point so you arrive 15 minutes early.

We accept all mayor credit cards processed through PayPal. Please note that for a booking to be confirmed payment must be made during the checkout process.  

Experiences may be cancelled if extreme weather conditions are detected and we believe the experience can turn into something dangerous. Please note that it won´t be cancelled due to simple rain or bad weather, so make sure to bring an umbrella!

All our experiences involve outdoor walking so make sure to bring comfortable footwear and appropriate clothes (and maybe an umbrella!).

We do our best to give all our customers full care and attention, but please note that our experiences involve walking and sometimes at a high pace. In some experiences we enter some  shops or pubs which are quite small, so it is not guaranteed that a wheelchair for example would fit into all of them.Please take into consideration this information before booking, if you decide to book and have a disability or your mobility is impaired please let us know in advance so that we can inform the guide.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you are interested in rescheduling or canceling your booking  please inform us in as much advance as possible and no later than 48 hours before the experience starting time.In this last case we will issue you a refund or reschedule for another day in case you wish to do so. Please note all bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the starting time. We cannot compensate for or reschedule within this time frame, including no-shows or latecomers. Please double-check all the experience details and that you’re 100% happy before booking. Also make sure you plan your way to the starting point so you arrive 15 minutes early.

We will attempt to accommodate the requirements of individuals who suffer from allergies. Participants who suffer from allergies must inform us in writing at the time of booking. Individuals who suffer from severe allergies are strongly advised to take all relevant precautions before taking part in the experience. Participants are strongly advised to inform the  guide of any allergies at the beginning of the experience. Unfortunately we can take no responsibility for the actions of other participants who aggravate allergies suffered by another participant. We cannot guarantee that food within Restaurants are free from allergens (e.g. nuts) due to potential cross contamination risks from product, people and the environment. We will attempt to accommodate any requests concerning dietary requirements; however participants are advised that these are not guaranteed. In doubt please do not hesitate to contact us.
